Help Us Bring Kane Home One Last Time
Hi everyone,
My name is Chris, and I’m reaching out during one of the hardest moments of my life. My dog Kane has been diagnosed with cancer, and this Friday we will be saying goodbye to him.
Kane isn’t just a dog to me — he’s family. When I first got him, he had already been through four different homes by the time he was only one year old. From the moment he came into my life, he became the sweetest, most loyal companion I could ever ask for. All he ever wanted was love and to be by my side.
Anyone who has met Kane knows how gentle he is. One of my favorite things is rubbing my thumb on his paw — he instantly relaxes and starts falling asleep. He loves car rides and always wants to be wherever I am. After everything he went through before coming to me, he finally found his forever home, and he gave me unconditional love every single day.
Unfortunately, Kane has been diagnosed with cancer, and his health has declined quickly. As heartbreaking as it is, the kindest thing I can do for him now is let him rest peacefully.
I’m raising funds to help cover the cost of Kane’s cremation so that I can have his ashes returned home. Being able to bring him home one last time would mean everything to me.
If you’re able to donate, even a small amount helps more than you know. And if you can’t donate, sharing this means just as much.
Thank you for helping me honor Kane and the love he gave so freely.
Chris
With gratitude,
Chris & Family
