Hi all!

I generally hate asking for financial assistance, but I’m kinda out of options at this point. Back in December, I went through a divorce and my ex reassured me that I could afford my townhome myself but was apparently not being honest and I’m about to face eviction. Good news, I’m in the middle of moving to a place with less than half the rent and I start my new job next week.

Bad news, I lost my prior job at the beginning of this month, and have no income to cover gas, food for me and Kanan, or other moving expenses. I also just had to get a new car since my poor Toyota got totaled by a reckless driver at the end of February. So this is turning into a bit of an emergency.

I have a solid plan to finish moving, a new job lined up, as well as an open lawsuit against the driver who caused my accident, so I’ll be fine in a couple weeks, but it’s holding out those couple weeks that’s the issue.

I’m not asking for much, because again I don’t like asking for anything, but I’m kind of out of options (even sold a guitar to help make ends meet). But anything will seriously help as I have 0 income right now, and unemployment/SNAP hasn’t started yet. Everything donated will go straight to necessities/moving costs/new house renovation.
