Animal Lovers Please Help!

I am in desperate need of financial help to pay for my dog Jax's vet bill. They quoted me almost 600 plus maybe more to cover pain medication and topical cream. He is there now. They have to put him to sleep, clean up the wounds, and possibly stitch it up. My husband is currently unemployed and I work part time at night. We also have two elementary school aged children and 3 cats. We already have a ton of financial burdens and this unexpected bill we can't afford.

Today while driving 30mph a squirrel ran across the road. My dog Jax somehow jumped out the back window that was two thirds the way open. I always take him for car rides so I never imagined something like that happening. The vet wouldn't see him right away so I had to wait for an appointment. After a couple hours he wouldn't walk and had to be carried to and from the car. He is in excruciating pain. I have to go pick him up in a couple hours.

I'm reaching out to our community for any help we can get. My husband is probably going to be so embarrassed and upset with me that I am even posting this. I just don't know what else to do.
