I am a struggling trans woman in dallas facing homelessness after my sister had me admitted to a psychiatric ward for a month due to my high anxiety and shakes. She did not allow me to come back home as my condition was too much stress on her and advised my aunt to not help me out either as she had enough to deal with too. They are my only two family in texas and I had tried to set up a move up to kentucky to live with my mom but she cannot afford to legally house me either or afford financially. I have been going from homeless shelter to homeless shelter in the DFW area and getting turned away due to them being full and am running out of options on where to stay and am effectively on the street at the moment. Any help from DFW folks is appreciated or anyone who can spread the word about my situation is appreciated too as I am steady running out of options and places to go. I'd like to be able to raise enough money to afford a cheap room to rent so I can get back to work immediately and have income to survive again. Anything helps, whether its money or spreading the word or even a place to stay in the DFW area. Thank you.
