Urgent Help Needed for February Move

My landlord is, at the last minute, selling the house I'm staying in, and I must be out by the end of February.

Needless to say, this is terribly short notice and I don't have the funds for a deposit and rent on a new place right now. Thus, I need a bit of aid in a hurry.
