I was injured at work and have been fighting worker's compensation since October 2024. I can't work as a nurse, etc. until worker's compensation pays for my surgeries on my left hand and get rehabilitation. I was evicted because my unemployment and savings ran out, hence my unscheduled, hurried move. I just lost my father, whose entire Army/VA life insurance policies went to his surviving, separated wife/my step-mother. Now I don't have a place of my own or income. I'm still in the process of moving into my son and his wife's small, 2-bedroom apartment temporarily. I have 1 bedroom there and rented a 10 x 20 storage space, where I am attempting to squeeze in my life belongings. I have until 10/17/2025 to complete my move from my prior residence. After that, anything left behind is legally not mine. Most of my belongings were moved outside of my house and my family photos are being ruined by rain. I have no money in the bank or wallet.

Please, help me raise enough $ to rent another moving van, gas, and small storage in addition to paying for some necessities. Any amount, however small, will be greatly appreciated! I have never asked for money for myself.
