Hi there!

My name is Tamsin and I’m reaching out because I’m in a critical situation.

Just a little background:

I’m a hard working single mum to a 14 year old boy and a 5 year old dog, and I own my own dog walking business and flat.

We've lived in the flat for 8 years, and only recently did I find out that the outdoor concrete stairs I rely on every day are solely my responsibility—no shared cost!

Obviously this was devastating news!

Right now, one stair is dangerously unstable, and before my eyes, the concrete slabs are crumbling, with new gaps appearing and widening.

I’ve already received a quote of £13,000 to replace them and am currently waiting for two other companies to come and give me a quote, but this is a totally eye watering amount that I simply don’t have. I am working every hour god sends and am working Saturdays and Sundays too now, but this situation just seems totally overwhelming.

These stairs have become a daily risk to me, my friends and my family's safety and my livelihood.
