Urgent Help Needed for Corgi's Leg Amputation

We have this little corgi he’s only 6 months old and another dog attacked him and his back right leg is broke the bone is sticking out where it’s visible on the outside it’s towards where his knee is and his paw just hangs he needs an emergency amputation but we do not have the funds for it anywhere i’ve called gave me an estimate of at least $2000+ and we just want to help him but like i said we dont have the funds for it it’ll go towards the surgery, x-rays, medication, and any other tests needing to be done. anything helps!
