Urgent Help Needed for Coach Riley's Family

My name is Christopher Wade Riley Jr. Some of you might know me as Coach or Coach Riley. The reason I am making a GoFundMe is because I am extremely desperate. My family and I are in jeopardy of losing our home and having no place to go. My parents are evicting us from the house they were to gift us in our agreement. After a dispute between my father and I, circumstances have changed. They are offering to sign the home over to us for $10,000 and to bring property taxes up to date. With that being said, I have bad credit and cannot get a loan. They will not work with me at all.

There is a backstory in which you can see most of the details on my FB page. I'm also open to explaining the situation to anyone who would like the details of this nightmare I'm experiencing. In short, my father is not to be reasoned with and he's very vindictive. He has no heart. Some of you know how he is and would understand. I've been struggling with my mental health and this situation has just compounded everything.

I'm worried about my children and I'm begging for help.

I am working on a lengthy message that would explain it all in greater detail, but this is just a list of the vindictive and malicious things my dad is putting me through.

1. He is evicting me and my family.

2. He called CPS and made false claims to try and take my children from me

3. He cut the waterline in my basement and called police and said I did it.

4. He called the water department to have our water shut off.

5. He called the Health Department and made false claims of mold being in the house.

6. He verbally and physically assaulted me, then called the police and had me arrested on Father's Day. My father is trying to take away everything I need to survive and the only things I love.

At the same time, I was taken advantage of and outright scammed by a father of someone I coach at Munster High School. He claimed to have money and be in a situation to help me. Ultimately, he saw an opportunity to take advantage of me and did just that. He stole my riding lawnmower and sold it. When I contacted the police, they told me I need to take him to civil court.

I'm completely broken down and lost. I'm struggling to find a solution and I have limited time to figure it out.

I can't sleep, I can't eat, I can't engage with my children, I'm struggling to function at work, I'm a complete wreck and the stress is consuming me. I'm lost and afraid I'm going to lose everything.
