Urgent Help Needed for BLUE

Dear Animal Lovers,
Today, we're taking a slight detour from our usual updates to share a unique and urgent request. We introduce you to "BLUE," a three-year-old Staffy who has captured our hearts and needs our collective strength more than ever.
Blue was surrendered to Pets Haven Shelter after a botched operation on a previously broken femur. Complications developed to this preexisting injury; his previous owner couldn't afford the specialist surgery and rehabilitation required to correct this. A detailed vet examination determined that the fractured femur was previously repaired with implants, but complications arose when the distal end of the plate became detached. Blue is now facing severe pain when extending and flexing his right stifle due to the slipping of the femur plate. This resulted in a limp, which over time, caused strain on his knee, developing into a cruciate disease. Blue will have to undergo a specialist surgery (TPLO) to repair his knee and correct the complications from the previous surgery.
