Urgent Help Needed for Bills, groceries, and Car Repair

im struggling to make my bills right now. My girlfriend just had a surgery and hasn’t been able to work for 8weeks. She doesn’t get cleared to go back to work till February 4th and even then her car needs an alternator which I don’t have the money for. My truck is way past and oil change, I’m behind on my DTE and consumers about to get shut off, I can’t make my phone bill this month and we need money for groceries her ebt got cut off. Please I need help I can’t sleep at night I’m so stressed out I just have to get my next month bills paid and my girlfriends car fixed so we both have income coming I. Then we will be fine.
