As some of you know, I'm the sole source of income and financial support for my disabled family, which includes more than one household and multiple disabled adults and adult children. I'm the only one who can work. Five of my family members are losing access to their current housing, and I need to solve this situation in less than a month (by Feb. 28).

My parents died last year and I had to take on a lot of debt to manage their end of life care and estate. I'm just starting to be able to resolve that debt and now I'm faced with more than $40,000 in moving costs for my family. This is not sustainable for me.

I know so many people are facing so much hardship right now. If you are *able and resourced* please contribute what you can. Please share widely to your networks.

My family is disabled which means we need more help to do everything than non-disabled people. This help comes at a premium. It means we have no choice but to spend a lot on medical care. It means that our friends are also disabled people who can't help either financially or physically. We deeply appreciate their emotional support.

Our family is also queer/trans and several members are Latine (Mexican). In a time when disabled, trans, and Latine people are being targeted, your help is even more appreciated. Because of this, I'm only sharing my photo. I am a semi-public figure, and I don't feel comfortable sharing photos online of my family who are not.

My family needs safe housing. Please help me make this a reality.
