Urgent Help Needed for a Single Mom's Home

I'm a single mom, have 2 kids, and applied for a government program to help me buy a house since April 2024. I got selected, but I couldn't afford the process by myself till now. The loan can't start because my income is too low to get it before the voucher expires in September. I applied for an extension and I don't have any other chance to extend another time. Now, I need help to finish the process before 12/24/2024.

UPDATE FOR THE SITUATION

unfortianly the application will not be processed due to mistake happened fron the lender and my credit score dropped after i paid to a credit repair company to fix it but unfortunately both the lender and the credit repair company didn’t corporate to get it fixed

so God sent to me a friend sent to me another loan officer she worked very hard and did what the other office couldn’t do in couple of months and she get for me the initial approval for the loan and we did the appraisal Thank God within 4 days it will be so hard borrowing the down payment from someone because I will not be able to pay them back because the mortgage will be higher than what I would pay in the CALHAFA PROGRAM which I was hoping to continue with it but now your help still needed to finish the purchase thank you so much
