Urgent Help Needed for a Family's Relocation

Hi, I have been a tenant in what appeared to be a livable unit that turned out to be a condemned property. Since November, I've suffered in silence as everything currently continues to worsen. No heat durning the winter months. No AC durning the summer & 90 degree weather. Plumbing issues that caused wither leakage or no drainage. Floods throughout the house that continuously grows mold & causes damang to furniture. Furniture that had to be removed & thrown away. The story continues. This situation has became overwhelming & is just overall unbearable. How can one run a property without proper management or maintenance. Right now, I continue to work on my end as my patience run thin. For the sake of my children and their health, as we have already had two ER visits. I have to go. They've stripped me of everything I worked hard for. & once I’m gone everything has to be replaced.
