Pamela Wherry Anderson is the mother of a beautiful, autistic daughter, who needs full time care.

Early on February 3rd, an officer came to her door and said she has until Friday to get off of her land.

Pamela separated from her husband a few years ago. Her husband was court ordered to make the house payments and pay her utilities and child support. He has not made a single payment to her since the autumn of 2024. He is currently unable to make these payments, despite the court order.

Pamela cares full time for her daughter, and she has not been able to make all of the payments herself.

In autumn of 2025 her divorce was finalized, and she was given the house and therefore granted access to the loan. After talking with her today, she said the lender said as recently as December that they “would work with her,” and that she has been making payments on the house. She said she was not given notice of a foreclosure, possibly because her ex-husband’s name is on the loan instead of hers.

She needs a place for her, her daughter and their cats to stay. She needs immediate funds for shelter so that they are not homeless.
