Never did I imagine my families status would change overnight.

On April 14,2026 I accompanied my my wife and in-laws to a required immigration check in. What has always been a routine check in, suddenly became our worst nightmare. She and her parents were detained immediately and has been held at the Adelanto detention center. Leaving me separated from her. Everything became uncertain , except one thing, my love for her and my will to fight for her release. Since her detainment, I’ve gone to visit her once a week. Doing this gives both her & I hope. Hope that soon she will be released, come back home and we can be together again. While we work through this difficult chapter, and we remain separated, right now more than ever we could use your support. It’s the difference in being able to sustain myself, pay the bills and legal fees to fight for her release.
