Urgent: Help Me Protect My Daughter & Fight False Accusation

For the last 5 years, I’ve been silently fighting a battle that has taken a huge toll on me—physically, emotionally, and mentally. I’ve kept my head down, avoided drama, and tried to do the best I could for my daughter. I’ve had her in my care since she was just 5 months old, raising her through struggles most people will never see.

Now, my worst fear is becoming a reality—my child is being threatened to be taken away from me. My life is being threatened with jail time, and I’m being silenced from telling my side of the story.

The situation has even reached her education. She was unenrolled from her primary school without my consent, my contact information was changed, and I had to fight hard—over and over—to correct the records and get her back where she belongs. After a long, exhausting process, she is finally back in her regular school, but the stress and disruption have affected her deeply.

On top of this, I am also fighting to protect my freedom. In 2024, a false protection order was filed against me. This order has put my future, my safety, and my ability to be there for my daughter at risk. I cannot allow false accusations to take away both my rights as a parent and my liberty.

This ongoing battle is taking a serious toll on my mental health. I’ve tried to handle it on my own, but I can’t anymore—I need a lawyer immediately to stop this, fight these false accusations, and protect my rights and freedom.
