Urgent Help Needed Before Jan 20th for Winter gear, Propane, to stay warm.

Hi, my name is Rani. My family and I are currently living in two tents while working toward a more self-sustainable lifestyle. In the middle of this transition, we experienced the loss of our main income.

The temperatures are dropping quickly, and both tents rely on propane for heat. Each tank lasts roughly two days before it needs to be refilled.

Although we are on-grid and still pay rent to be here, daily life in the tents has brought its own challenges. Preparing meals outdoors, and sometimes in the rain, and during the cold winter months has been especially difficult. We are still learning the best ways to cook, stay dry, and care for a large family in a camping setup.

Even with these challenges, we remain focused on our goal of self-sufficiency. For the most part, we stay upbeat and encouraged, knowing this is a walk of faith. We try to stay prayed up and trust God through every step of this journey.

While we stand on faith, our financial responsibilities are still before us. The storage bill is overdue, with a chance of losing it without payment by December 20th.

We have discovered that we cannot have too many winter clothing items, shoes, and blankets for the kids. Cold-weather essentials are urgently needed to keep our camp warm and safe as temperatures continue to fall. Propane, food supplies, and basic items have become harder to keep up with while we work to regain steady employment.

The goal of this fundraiser is $3,500 to help cover:

• Propane for heating both tents

• Storage costs

• Warm clothing and shoes for the kids

• Blankets and other winter necessities

• Food and essential supplies during this transition back into employment
