Hi everyone, my name is Hannah and I'm a teacher asking for urgent help for my dog, Juniper.

Junie came into my life less than a year ago as a rescue, and she has been my best friend ever since. She came into my life during a very difficult time and brought me comfort, stability, and a sense of purpose when I needed it most. She is truly my whole world.

A few days ago, Junie was seen at the emergency vet, where a large abdominal mass was identified. We still do not have a confirmed diagnosis. She urgently needs an ultrasound to determine what it is and whether it is treatable.

While the prognosis may be serious, the veterinarian confirmed that she is currently stable and not in acute distress. That means there is still a window of time to get answers, but it is limited.

Junie came to me after being found on the streets of Berkeley as a stray. She is incredibly sweet, intuitive, and loving. She adores everyone she meets, especially kiddos, and has the most calming, gentle presence.

The urgency of her condition means I need to act quickly to get answers while she is still stable.
