Urgent Help for Fire Loss Recovery

For those who don't know, Nate's apartment just burnt down overnight. Everything inside is a total loss, electronics, furniture, clothes, everything. On top of that, his insurance ended a week ago, so he has the clothes on his back, and a car he can't drive (the key burned too).

Anything and everything is welcome, I don't even know how much to set as a goal here.
