Help Ying, Mochi, and Kazu Rebuild After the Wild Fire

My home in Malibu has been completely destroyed by fire. When I had to leave in a rush, I could only grab my pets, my laptops, my passport, and the clothes on my back.

Right now, we’re staying in Airbnbs, trying to piece life back together. Navigating this alone as a single women without immediately family in this country has been overwhelming and scary, and I’m reaching out for your help.

I don’t have any living relatives in the U.S. who can assist me. My mother, who is my only family in this country, has late-stage dementia and is in memory care. Over the past year, I’ve already exhausted my savings moving multiple times to support her.
