Urgent Help for Walter's Family

Please help support my friend Walter and his family in their time of need. They had a potential buyer on their house who backed out last moment. Leaving them with two weeks to come up with 30k. Walter has three young kids who will be without a home soon, with the youngest being his newborn son. Newborns come with a challenge of their own. No parent with a newborn should have to be worrying about where their child is going to live. The house was left to Walter and his family by his late father. They recently had a disaster of the furnace catching fire in the middle of the night which led to them having to replace the whole heating system! Please help recover from these tough times. They have two weeks to raise the money to keep their house. Please donate what you can to help them either keep their family home or find a place to move into!
