Urgent Help for Tomas Calderon Jr.'s Medical Journey

As some of you know, my brother, Tomas Calderon Jr., has been ill for some time. He has been unable to work after catching pneumonia in August 2024. His condition has progressively gotten worse, and he is now suffering from Pulmonary Hypertension and Congestive Heart Failure. He is on round-the-clock medication and waiting for a heart and lung transplant.

Tomas has to travel to Houston weekly for medical exams and tests. Today, as he was on his way to a very important appointment, his vehicle engine blew out. He was only an hour away from his destination and left stranded, unable to make the appointment. This is literally a life-or-death situation. If he is unable to make the weekly appointments, he will not survive.

This has been an emotional and financial hardship. Tomas is not one to ask for assistance; he is a very proud and independent person. So I ask this of friends, family, and acquaintances: please find it in your heart to donate. No matter the amount, anything will help to make this journey easier for him. Thoughts and prayers are very much needed.
