Urgent Help for Tamera and Nick's New Start

My name is Amy and I'm trying to help two amazing people out who are in need! Tamera and Nick Vogelgesang. These two are brother and sister and they both have disabilities but live life to the fullest! They have been going through tough times recently and they need your help! Tamera is a mother of a beautiful little girl that is about to turn 3 in December. Nick is a super cool guy that is always there if anyone needs his help. They have spent the last few years living with their grandmother, helping her out and putting all they have into doing so. Recently, their grandmother passed away and now it's time we help them out. They have less than a month to find new places of living and they have not had the best of luck with doing so. Due to their disabilities, they have a hard time making any good money, and I thought this was the best first step to helping them! They will need help with getting a place to stay such as a hotel, or even a down payment on an apartment. They will also need help with getting a car so they can have reliable transportation for work. All funds that are raised will go to them directly. Anything will help but they need help fast!
