Urgent help for surgery and recovery with help

I am mother of Sven Badzak, innocent young man who was violently and viciously stabbed and killed while coming home from buying orange juice. Not only have I lost my only child who was my everything and left alone, stress from battling with the Metropolitan Police led me to coma, full body paralysis and now ascites and volvoluos. I am in extremely painful agony and need urgent ultrasound scan, serious stomach surgery and serious recovery to be able to get full justice for my only child. I am in bed completely painfully paralysed since July 2022. Your help would enable me to get justice for my Sven before I die.  My Sven was killed by 6 drug dealers. Only 3 were tried and convicted for life. Remaining 3 are still walking free on the streets of London while I am paralysed and unable to do anything. I urgently need surgery and recovery which for almost 2 years I am not getting. My Sven was killed more than 3 years ago.  I can’t work and everything I had I spent on investigation and trial while state paid over £450,000.00 for their defence. I don’t have to live for myself but as mother I am begging you for help to get justice for my only child Sven.
