Urgent Help for Sharon Rist's Wildfire Recovery

My name is Darcy Hutchcroft, and I am reaching out to ask for help for my 79-year-old mother, Sharon Rist, who lost everything in the wildfires that swept through Oklahoma this past week. She has lost absolutely everything: her home and her memories from her entire life she had built there. She has no homeowners insurance since her home was built so long ago; it was considered uninsurable due to red tape.

I am asking for donations to help get her someplace safe to stay until she can get things sorted out. This is hard for us to ask for help, but we are at a complete loss at this moment.

All money raised will go to my mom for shelter, food, clothing, and whatever else she needs until we can find out what disaster relief may be available to her.
