Urgent Help for Sean and Maryann's Housing Crisis

Please help or share with those who can. My wife and I, Sean and Maryann Ross) are being evicted from a family members house and have nowhere to go. We are both in our early 40s and have medical conditions that prevent us from working. My wife suffers from catastrophic anxiety and is near a complete mental breakdown which will most likely have her hospitalized indefinitely if things get any worse. I have had a lifetime of chronic pain due to a herniated disc in my back and worsening Ehlers-Danlos Syndrome which makes every day tasks very difficult and painful. I have been working with Illinois disability for over a year and all this time waiting has depleted all resources. Friends and family can no longer help. The homeowner wants us out immediately knowing we have nowhere to go and staying any longer, with or without income, is not an option. We live in Peoria IL and are looking for cheaper places outside of the city. We have literally nothing but a 20 year old car (with one headlight and expired license plates) and some clothes to our name. If you or anyone you know can help, we are begging for anything. Also, any prayers are very much appreciated.
