Urgent Help for Scott Facing Eviction and Illness

Been through 9 years of Cabal medical hell. Malpractice basically. They wont repair fractured sinus that has been leaking infection into my cheek and jaw ruining bone etc. Daily pain and sick. Also I have mastoiditis still and not one Dr is doing anything now for a long time. Have had 2 mastoidectomies already and still fluid in mastoid. I have been told it is Cranial Fluid leak and I believe this for sure. I have had Trigeminal neuralgia had brain surgery 6 mo ago still healing and 3 busted disks in my neck that took 5 years to get that fixed. There is much more but now I cant function at all and even top Aetna case workers can find anyone to fix me. They know I have been black listed and say this is criminal what the cabal medical has done. My primary knows it and now so does my Aeta case workers and their Supervisors. They have all my imaging and we know what I need. Doctors here are just not doing anything but throwing me away. Being evicted May 12th 9 days. I am like a child that cant do a thing for myself. Thank you for anything you can do to help me throught this. I have no where to go come May 12th Also just had infraorbital nerve cut under eye now leaking from fracture worse infection going into mouth constant and swelling.
