My shelter known as SAFER is shutting down on the 17th of this month (July) and I, along with 23 others will be out of a place to live. We just found this out yesterday. Staff are doing their best to help us but as you may know, many other homeless shelters are being shut down. I have never done a gofundme before but I figured I'd try and reach out to anyone who would be able and willing to help. Whatever I raise will go to rent, basic necessities, like toiletries and possibly a down payment for a place to call home.

To whoever reads this, I thank you for your time, prayers and empathy with this scary transition ahead for myself and my fellow homeless family. Love, light and lots of hope.
