Urgent Help for Sara Martinez's Blue

Hi, friends. My friend, Sara Martinez, needs help with vet bills. Her little corgi, Blue, was attacked by a bigger dog. He has a ton of stitches and a drain in currently. He needs to be at the vet at least this week. Please help.
