Urgent Help for Robert Hare's Tornado Relief

Hello,

My name is Diana Hibbler, a resident of the St. Louis area who is advocating for a good friend of mine named Robert Hare, who is slightly mentally challenged and living on a low fixed income. His property sustained substantial damage by the tornado that struck St. Louis on May 16, 2025. Unfortunately, he does not have homeowner's insurance or any other means to make repairs, and FEMA has not yet declared the area a national disaster. We are seeking your support to help with the necessary repairs, as rainwater is entering his home from his damaged roof whenever it rains, causing more damage.
