My name is Rhys Patterson. I hate to ask this time of year, but I need help. I've been in the hospital and then a physical rehabilitation facility for 3 months. During this time, I lost the place where I was living and am broke. I've worked with social workers here, but they haven't been able to find me anywhere to live. I was told I would have more time to find a place, but my insurance has decided to cut me off on Christmas Day, so I'm being shipped out the day after. Currently, a mission is my destination as I have little time and even less funds. Honestly, I'm terrified. I've never been in this situation or felt so alone.
