Urgent Help for Rent, Bills, and Car Repair

Hello! I have been sick for 3 weeks with a severe mono flare-up, which means I have missed a substantial amount of work. I have picked up a couple of side jobs to help, but it's just not enough.

I'm behind on rent, my car payment, insurance for the car, bills, and my car needs an expensive repair so I can continue to go to doctor appointments as well as work. Anything helps and is very much appreciated! Thank you!
