He is currently in intensive critical care, and despite initial hopes for recovery, an MRI revealed severe brain damage due to oxygen deprivation during the collapse. This unexpected turn of events has left his family, including his wife Kasthuri, mother back in India and their 2-year-old daughter, grappling with immense emotional pain and financial uncertainty.

On July 5th, Praveen collapsed while playing badminton at Millworks, Westford MA. Thankfully he received immediate assistance from fellow players and the Millworks team before he was rushed to Lowell General Hospital for emergency care. Unfortunately, the lack of oxygen during the incident caused severe brain damage, leaving his family facing an uncertain future.

As the devoted husband, father, and son, Praveen's absence has deeply impacted his family's well-being. He is the sole breadwinner for his family, and it's important to note that he is still on Non Immigrant visa status, adding further complexity to the situation.
