Urgent Help for Payton’s Heart Transplant Journey

Hello family and friends!! Our names are Heath and Hayli Henry. We are friends and the employer of Dustin and Carrie Lawson. We are setting up this fund to help with travel, lodging, food and other needs this precious family are in great need of immediately.

Dustin and Carrie’s 15yr old daughter,

Payton was born with hypertrophic cardiomyopathy, which means she has hardening of of the tissue of her heart.

This makes her heart less successful of pumping blood.

She has had a couple episodes lately in which they found that her pacemaker isn’t able to help the heart in the way it should, and although having her chamber thinned, it has grown thick again.

At this time they are saying that medicine is not working, and Payton is being added to the transplant list, this can take a week or so, and they go by tiers of severity. Peyton will qualify as a 2 out of 3. Once UNOS reviews, and she is officially on the transplant list, Payton will have to live within 1.5 hours of her hospital which is in Houston.

Dustin and Carrie have 3 children at home, and have both work full time jobs.

carrie has had to resign from her job due to being with Payton full time in the hospital. Dustin is driving back and forth to try and make ends meet. Please keep them in your prayers. Please say her name and specifically pray for heart health, and If God leads to you to bless them and help them though their struggles, it is so appreciated.
