Urgent Help Needed for Our Family’s Survival
Donation protected
Dear friends,
I never thought I’d be in this position AGAIN to ask for help like this, but life has thrown us some overwhelming challenges, and we’re in desperate need of support.
My husband, Milton, has been out of work since December. He is battling congestive heart failure and end-stage kidney disease, requiring dialysis multiple times a week. His health is stable but declining, and while we’ve applied for disability, it won’t begin for another six months. He hasn’t been able to receive unemployment, leaving us in an impossible financial situation.
I’ve been doing my best to keep us afloat as the sole provider, but five weeks ago, I suffered a serious fall resulting in a concussion. Since then, I’ve been diagnosed with post-concussion syndrome and several small strokes, meaning I now have to aggressively manage my own health while still working and caring for Milton.
We’re behind on rent, car payments, utilities, medical expenses, food, and credit card bills, and the stress is becoming unbearable. We are asking for $8,000 to help us get through this critical time. Every single dollar will go toward keeping a roof over our heads, keeping the lights on, and ensuring we both get the medical care we need.
If you’re able to donate, share, or send words of encouragement, we would be deeply grateful. No amount is too small, and every bit of kindness makes a difference.
Thank you for taking the time to read our story. We appreciate your love and support more than words can express
