Hi, my name is Osbel. Writing this and asking for help is not easy for me, but right now I am facing one of the most difficult moments of my life, and I cannot do it alone.

When I was younger, I tried to do the right thing and start the immigration process. Unfortunately, I trusted someone who claimed to be a lawyer, but it turned out to be a scam. I lost money, valuable time, and hope. That experience left me starting from the beginning all over again, but I have never stopped fighting for a better future.

Through everything, I’ve worked hard to provide for my family. I’ve always done my best to take care of them, and they depend on me. But now, as I continue trying to fix my mistakes, I am also facing the painful truth of being deported. The thought of being separated from my family, and them being left without the support and stability they need, is heartbreaking.

The legal costs to fight this and continue the process the right way are overwhelming—immigration fees, court fees, and everything in between. On top of that, my family still needs help with basic living expenses during this difficult time. I created this GoFundMe because I cannot carry this weight alone anymore.
