I'm raising funds for my dear friend Nekole, who is facing eviction.

Nekole is a tribal elder who was terminated wrongfully from her job (due to age). She has been unable to secure employment, and unemployment is not enough to pay rent, utilities, car note, and basic necessities like food.

She and her pets recently moved back home to Oklahoma into a house owned by some friends. Their "pay as you can" generosity has reached its end, and they are asking her to catch up on all back rent by February 23, 2026.

Nekole is one of the most generous people I have ever known. She helped many friends, family members, and animals in their times of need. She's always willing to give folks a ride or a few dollars when she's able.
