I never thought I would be writing this, asking for your help to survive. But the situation in Gaza has become more than we can endure. Every day, things grow worse, and now, I am turning to the kindness of people around the world to help my pregnant wife, Dalia, and me find safety and hope.

My name is Ahmad Hamad. I am an adjunct professor teaching law at Al-Azhar University, Gaza University, and Palestine University. I earned a PhD in law from Universiti Utara Malaysia and have always been deeply committed to education. Despite opportunities to build a life abroad, I chose to return to Gaza to serve my homeland, hoping to improve the educational sector where it is most needed.

Recently, my wife, Dalia, and I started building a life together, despite the challenges of living in a war zone. Now, Dalia is pregnant, and her health is my top priority. She needs urgent medical care and special attention, which is increasingly difficult to find amidst the ongoing devastation.

The war has destroyed all the universities where I taught, leaving me without work and unable to continue my mission of education. Amid this chaos, I’ve been offered a full-time professor position in Bahrain—a rare opportunity to rebuild our lives in a safe environment and continue contributing to education.

To make this happen, I need your support. We are urgently seeking €35,000 to address immediate and long-term needs:

- €5,000 for food, basic supplies, and immediate necessities to survive the crisis.

- €10,000 for Dalia’s medical care and pregnancy-related needs.

- €20,000 to secure safe passage out of Gaza and cover relocation costs.

So far, I’ve raised 4% of this goal, but withdrawing funds from Gaza comes with additional challenges, as agents take more than 30% in commission. Every euro you contribute will help us survive today, protect Dalia’s health, and secure a future for our family.
