My sister called me in the middle of the night because a car crashed straight through her living room wall. It missed the room where my nephew was sleeping by only a few feet — this could have been a tragedy. I rushed over as soon as I got the call.
As if that wasn’t enough, my sister and her spouse were both suddenly laid off from the Claim Jumper at Clackamas Town Center just days ago. They had no warning, and they had both just leased new vehicles. Now their home is destroyed, they’re out of work, and rent is due.
