I hope you are all doing well. I am reaching out today with a very heavy heart. My sister’s son , my nephew is currently battling a severe health crisis. He has been diagnosed as HIV-positive, and his condition has become very serious.

After exploring every possible option, we have learned that the treatment he urgently needs is only available in India, and the cost is far beyond what our family can manage on our own. I am doing everything I can to support him, but the financial burden is simply overwhelming.

I am humbly asking for your help. Any contribution ,no matter how small , would make a meaningful difference and bring us one step closer to giving him a chance at recovery. Your kindness and support during this heartbreaking time would mean more than words can express.
