I am the only sister of my brother, wanting him to have a second chance in life.

I would like to ask the community for help. My brother has suffered a lot of trauma in his life and has recently had head surgery. I would like to get him the help that he deserves. Everyone needs a second opportunity in life, and I would like this to be his. He is currently hospitalized, and for him to get the proper long-term care and support we need, such as mental and physical therapy and rehab, it will cost $12,000, and we need this as urgently as possible. As his current guardian, because he is not in the right state of mind, it is very difficult for me to gather this money alone. He is 31 years of age and has a sweet soul.
