Hello, my name is Richard. I'm trying to raise money for my cousin Merle. He lives in Aripeka, FL. He has lost everything.
His house was over 4 feet of salt water, so everything is ruined. This is the second time this year he has been flooded. He is sleeping in his truck to try to keep thieves from taking anything that's left. Please, any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you all.
