My name is Mark Scott. I suffer from prostate issues that are so severe and life-threatening that I am unable to sleep at night and experience bleeding and incontinence. Not too long ago, I got into two car accidents in two months and had to pay deductibles and rent a car. I receive a small social security check and drive Uber. This is after having a perfect driving record. Uber is not enough in San Diego.

At this time, I need life-threatening surgery and time off to recover or I will die or get evicted from my residence. I am a strong, positive person, and the situation is more dire than I let on.

I am contemplating moving to Arizona to downsize my expenses, but my savings are now gone because of the two or three months I was down. The surgery requires cutting into my "member," and I am deeply afraid that I would not live through it. I have Medicare but not the part with medicine. I have donated on others' GoFundMe's and even buy food at local fast food places and distribute it to homeless people before I start my day.
