Urgent Help for Mandy's Dad's Medical Needs

Hello! As some know, my father unexpectedly became ill and was hospitalized in August after a procedure and testing to address stomach issues caused his kidneys to fail. During this procedure, a lump was found in his intestines. Biopsy showed it to be cancerous. In the coming days, his liver and pancreas would also fail. With the cancer being localized in his pancreas, he has been given a terminal diagnosis. However, he was fighting to recover, had plans to have surgery to remove the tumor, and we seemed to be headed that way until he suddenly and randomly went into cardiac arrest on two separate occasions, weeks apart. He, thankfully, recovered, but now depends on a tracheostomy tube in his throat to breathe and dialysis. After being discharged from the hospital and placed in acute care, his care needs were ignored, mishandled, and neglected by staff at Kindred Hospital because of his diagnosis. Because our concerns were not addressed in a timely manner, he suffered a third cardiac arrest and has again been hospitalized. Because he has been out of work for 3 months now, the situation is dire and of course bills don’t stop. We hope to bring him back to his home so that he can be comfortable to live out the rest of his life in comfort when the time is right. Unfortunately, he is in jeopardy of losing that home as he has no income and this is an emergency I was not prepared for.
