Urgent Help for Magic Mike's Shelter and Care

Hello Family,

I am in desperate need of financial assistance in order to help a dear friend who is homeless acquire shelter and food for at least the next 2 months.

He has been homeless a few years with his wife and until recently had a secure location behind our cornerstore. Due to a garbage dumpster fire, code enforcement made him move. Which basically left him double homeless. The situation caused him great stress and he ended up having a heart attack.

He listed my husband as his next of kin because he really has no family and the Nurse reported surgery went well they had to put a stint in his heart and after leaving ICU he should be able to be discharged in a couple days. Well we are in Texas with extreme heat and our home is not really suitable to provide comfort for him and his wife while he fully recovers & we certainly don't want to drop him off at his tent located in the woods now. I have contacted a few Churches who are unable to assist and waiting to hear back from other agencies. In the meantime we are severely pressed to help him with a place to recover while being protected from the extreme heat. I pray that you can assist us with getting him a place to stay for the next 2 months when cooler temps will arrive and being outside will not be so hard on him. He's a really good guy and helps everyone however he can so my heart is so heavy to help him now. We call him Magic Mike because when we need help with anything he happily assists and makes things so much better. He really needs much love right now. Unfortunately, we can't do it alone. Please help us help him. Thank you so much.
