Urgent Help for Lizeth Calderon's Tuition and Housing

Hi everyone I’m Lizeth Calderon

I'm reaching out with deep urgency and hope. I’m an independent, first-generation college student currently facing a serious financial hurdle. I go to Northeastern University and I owe 13,090$ in tuition and fees and if I’m unable to pay it within the next week, I risk being removed from student housing, which could leave me without a stable place to live. (I have already taken the max amount of federal loans given to me and am not able to take out a private loan on my own because I need a cosigner and don't have any family supporting me.)

Coming from a low-income background, I’ve worked hard to make it this far. My parents do not contribute to my education or living expenses, I cover everything myself, from tuition and school fees to rent, food, and bills. Despite all efforts, this unexpected shortfall is more than I can handle alone.

Being forced out of school would not only set back my education but also leave me without housing, effectively making me single and without a home. I’ve come too far to lose everything now.
