Urgent Help for Lira's Emergency C-Section

Hi, my name is Montana and my girlfriend’s name is Desi, we have 3 dogs: Bella, Appa, and Lira. Anyone that’s ever met them instantly comments on how well mannered, sweet, lovey, and beautiful Lira is and how much happiness she carry’s with her.

In April Lira got pregnant and we are currently 4 days away from her due date but as of yesterday she’s been having some serious complications leaving her immobile, in a lot of pain and in really rough shape. After taking her to a couple different vets we finally found out her uterus flipped on itself and is cutting the blood flow off to her and the puppies and she has hours left, we are at the emergency vet right now getting her ready for an emergency c-section to try and save her. They do sound optimistic for her but every minute counts right now.
