السلام عليكم: تمرّ والدتي حاليًا بظروف صحية صعبة وخطيرة

فقد أجرت عملية قلب مفتوح قبل 14 سنة لتغيير صمام القلب، وكان من المفترض تغييره بعد حوالي 10 سنوات. وبسبب تقدّمها في العمر، لم يعد من الممكن إجراء عملية قلب مفتوح مرة ثانية.

أكّد الأطباء أن الحلّ المتاح حاليًا هو إجراء عملية TAVI / TAVR، وهي تقنية طبية حديثة يتم فيها تغيير صمام القلب عبر القسطرة، حيث يُدخل الصمام من الفخذ مرورًا بأسفل البطن وصولًا إلى القلب، ليقوم مقام الصمام التالف ويسمح بتدفّق الدم إلى كامل الجسم، وخاصة إلى الدماغ.

رغم خطورة الحالة، فإن وضع والدتي العام جيد جدًا، والمشكلة الصحية تقتصر على صمام القلب فقط، وبإجراء هذه العملية يمكنها، بإذن الله، العودة إلى سابق نشاطها الطبيعي.

حالة والدتي حاليًا حرجة، وتأخير هذا التدخّل يشكّل خطرًا على حياتها.

تبلغ تكلفة التقنية وحدها حوالي 60 ألف دينار (أي ما يقارب 20 ألف دولار)، ولا تشمل هذه القيمة الأجهزة الطبية ولا تكاليف إجراء العملية.

أتوجّه بنداء إنساني إلى كل القلوب الرحيمة، وأرجو من كل من يستطيع المساهمة، ولو بالقليل، أن يساعدنا في جمع هذا المبلغ حتى تتمكن والدتي من إجراء العملية في أقرب وقت ممكن.

My mother is currently going through a very difficult and critical health condition.

Fourteen years ago, she underwent open-heart surgery to replace a heart valve. The valve was expected to be replaced after approximately ten years, but due to her advanced age, doctors have confirmed that a second open-heart surgery is no longer possible.

Cardiologists have determined that the only viable option is a TAVI / TAVR procedure, a modern medical technique in which the heart valve is replaced through a catheter. The valve is inserted through the femoral artery (via the thigh and lower abdomen) and guided to the heart, where it replaces the damaged valve and allows proper blood flow throughout the body, especially to the brain.

Despite the seriousness of her condition, my mother’s overall health is very good, and the medical issue is limited to the heart valve only. With this procedure, she is expected, God willing, to return to her previous level of activity.

Her condition remains critical, and any delay in this intervention poses a serious risk to her life.

The cost of the TAVI technology alone is approximately 60,000 dinars (around $20,000). This amount does not include medical equipment or surgical procedure costs.

I humbly appeal to all kind and compassionate hearts. Any contribution, no matter how small, will help us raise the necessary funds so my mother can undergo this life-saving procedure as soon as possible.
