Sorry in advance for the long sob post but im so tired of "survival mode" Im Leah Smith

I have been hit by a ton of bricks! I've been generally healthy my entire life, im 55 now. I've been struggling just to keep my home and car and bills paid for 5 years since my husband had a series of strokes. Now I am our only income. Unfortunately 3 weeks ago I had to go to the er. A stomach infection then I had to go back cause I again thought I was dieing. My knees are swelled to softball size and I cant walk, hardly even move. Also a fever that still won't go down. 99-102. I haven't been able to work in 3 weeks. Now I feel like we're going to lose everything. House payments over due, weve applied for assistance with that but havent heard anything. My electric is $240 due by the 8th or will be shut off. My water is almost $300 cause we had a leak. Got it fixed but still. To top off everything not one Dr. Has been able to help me. They said it acute gout. They drew fluid off my knee, full blood panel, cultures, imaging everything. Not one thing they've done has helped. Im in excruciating pain and it seems to just get worse. Does anyone have any way to help me. I have to find a Dr. That can find a real solution. Sorry for all the details and the long posting, just lost.
